Mahi Arts and Culture is a Sydney based Pakistani cultural organisation, run by the loving couple Mr. & Mrs. Zafar Khan. Last year they arranged a beautiful comedy drama Chak De Phattay for the Punjabi community of Pakistan and India living in Australia. Senior actors like Iftikhar Thakur, Aman Ullah, Amanat Chan, Nasir Chiniyoti and Megha were part of the team. Dramas were arranged in Sydney and Melbourne. A large number of people attended the shows and highly appreciated the efforts of MAAC.
Iftikhar Thakur in a TV interview in Pakistan declared his Australia’s visit as the best of his overseas vists. All other actors also have high words for their visit to this great land. On the high public demand, MAAC decided to bring a new Punjabi drama to Australia once again. This time MAAC took a big leap and they are also taking their drama to New Zealand so that the Punjabis living in Kiwi’s land could also see their favourite artists performing live in front of them. MAAC have gone a step ahead this time by bringing Bollywood Dance Director Saroj Khan to the stage for the first time in the history of Australia. She will be giving some stunning dance performances with the drama artists.
Cast includes: Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chiniyoti, Zafri Khan, Sardar Kamal, Saima Khan, Naina Khan, Neha Ali, Kashif Amjad and Lucky Singh (Aussie talent) and SAROJ KHAN. So it’s a NOT-TO-BE-MISSED event.
