Dr. Sarfraz Naeemi assassinated in Lahore

It was a very bad day in the history of Pakistan yesterday (Friday, 12th June 2009) when Taliban terrorists killed a noble religious scholar Dr. Mufti Sarfraz Naeemi in his office in Lahore. A suicide bomber entered his office after the Friday prayer and blew himself. Dr. Naeemi was seriously wounded and he lost his life in the way to hospital. He was the head of Jamia Naeemia (a Sunni religious education centre). He was against suicidal attacks and terrorism in the name of Islam.

This event put the whole country into shock and depression as noone could guess that Taliban would start killing the innocent religious leaders. But at the same time now nation has got clear message that these illetrate Taliban are not even Muslims at all. They are injected and financed by the enemies of Islam and Pakistan and they don’t know what they are doing with Islam and Pakistan. Insha Allah Pakistan Army with the help of Allah and prayers and suport of Pakistani nation will very soon eliminate these elements.
